On January 21st, 2013, the Center for the Study of Education Policy at Illinois State University released the 2013 Grapevine Compilation of State Fiscal Support for Higher Education. Grapevine data are collected annually as a joint project of the Center for the Study of Education Policy at Illinois State University and the State Higher Education Executive Officers (SHEEO). Additional data tables summarizing the results of the Grapevine survey for fiscal year 2013 can be found at the Grapevine website.
